How do I delete my account?

In the app: Account → Delete account. Your photos, try-ons, wardrobe and outfits are deleted immediately.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → StyleMate. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel a subscription.

Who can see my photos?

Only you. See the Privacy Policy for how photos are stored and processed.

A try-on didn't work

Try a clear, well-lit photo of yourself standing, and a photo of the clothing item on a plain background.
